Why do questions get deleted?

There goes another one. I'm now getting confused on why certain questions get deleted. This is the third time a legitimate question that adhered to myLot guidelines got deleted. As a result, my response (and the other comments)...

saurabhsharma i am also noticing some question which was legitimate has been deleted by mylot and one thing that you put up is to give reason after every deleted discussion. It would be good to make mylot a better and trustworthy place.

Reading multiple books at the same time.

Right now I'm working on three books at the same time, something really rare for me. It's not that I get the plots mixed up, it's just that I seem to read slower when I'm trying to read multiple books at once. I read much faster...

saurabhsharma yes it would be nice to read two books together but it depends on the person reading if he/she can distinguish between both of them.
