how many times do you think before you talk?

as we all know the proverb "think before you talk"..... coming into reality how many of us really think before talk......?????

scenique frankly, in my opinion, it's better to think before you talk, but i used to talk before i think, and that's bad... like in working, at all times, you should think first before asking your senior as they might think you're too dependable...and that feels...
