I think swimming is the best exercise amongst all the sports. It accelerates all the parts of our body at the same time. The person takes it a regular habit will not fall into any disease easily. The children gains their height...

scoutsniper85 yap this dogs are very choosy when it comes to food. but they are quite nice, yap very smart as if they are used in law enforcement if they are not intelligent they are also very large you must have a large space for them.

swimming is not just all about being fast, swimming also is for survival skills for me survival is best than being fast, skill in salty water is the real thing than in the pool. please do share you opinion about this.
