sereneteo yeah coconut is high cholestrol.it may trigger the blood pressure to go up.Try something like Kiwi fruits.Evven though some are very sour. Take care

Hi lotter, anyone here a Nora Robert fans? I love her books. Her story aare very interesting and exciting.The lastest book i am reading on is "midnight bayou".it about a house that is haunted.Its a love story anyway.
