Can a tone deaf person learn to sing?

I want to learn to sing but I cant, I'm tone deaf and I cant hear out of one ear. So I cant judge my singing. Is there a way to learn, I wish I could.

sersurf Hi Babytaffster. If you can hear anything at all, you can sing. If you can hear anything including noise, you are not tone deaf. Noise is unorganized sound. Music is organized sound. It's a matter of knowing how to listen. There is a way to learn. For more...
