shahfi i would say styris is da best so far.... he is one of da top scorin batsman of dis tourment.. he has given breakthroughs at da right time wen newzealend needed dat.. wen other bowlers like bond( much expected from him) failed only styris got da team da...

shahfi i think its better u stretch before u start ur work.. coz itll make ur body and mind calm which will make ur work much easier.. also it will help u keepin in good mood for a long time. but its also good to stretch in da intervals for da same reasons...
