have u experience hard to breath??????//

I experence this for so many time that i feel hard in breathing......i did not go to the doctor for any consultation..instead, i do scrub the floor. and some perspirations starts to go out.i keep this work around 3 to 4 days...

shankar87 u can also try yoga exercise. try pranayama. its a good breathing exercise. if u do it every day for 10 min u feel very fresh for the whole day
