shansavy am also trying to increase my water intake. i now drink up to 4 bottles per day. i have not seen any effects as yet but i know they are coming. i am aiming for that radiant skin i once had and over all a healthier me.

shansavy i think the amount of response each of us get is relative because i consider 20 response to be a lot. i get about 15 responses on average i think this is because i do not have a lot of friends. i may be wrong though.

shansavy i am not on any right now but i was opn some pain medication and they used to make me really dozy. i couldnt do anything much 20 minuets after taking them. i am sooo glad i dont have to take them any more.
