shernia Yes, Totally the same as me. Getting to bed punctually seems to be a habit for me. At the weekend, I will free myself, but never later than 1:00 am.

shernia I think so, enough sleeping to me is necessary. i usually go to bed before 11:30pm and wake up next morning around 7:30 am. so I have totally have 8 hours sleeping time. if not, i will feel tierd and even can't focus on my job
