Does judging another person deplete us of our own energy?

I ask this question here, because I just read in a book that the author claimed that when we judge another person, we open up a channel of energy connection to them, and they can actually drain off our energy along this, she said....

emptychair @shivamani10 Normally sleeping recharges us, but if we do not sleep properly, or very well, yes, our energy will not be fully replenished then either. Most of us need about 6 to 8 hours of good sleep each night.

emptychair Yes, thinking and overthinking would certainly cause us an energy loss. Even if it is sometimes indirectly too. Sometimes, for example, we cannot sleep, because of this overthinking, and so we cannot replenish our energy in this way either then.

Valerie J. Routhieaux It would make a nice greeting card. I'm sure e-mail and FB have limited the number of cards sent out. I only give cards at holidays. Particularly Christmas.

As much as I might be tired of the rain, I will admit that the smell of the air after it rains is so nice. I really do enjoy the smell of it. I'm not sure what it is, but there's just something about the smell that I do enjoy.
