what do you think whether green tea should be consumed as a part of diet or considered as a medicine ? i feel if some thing is bitter like green tea should be considered as a medicine.

How are you guys? There is a problem of man I am cold. Many doctors in the treatment but to no avail, please tell me if you have a certain'm very upset with this cold. :(

shivdev200 for the symptomatic relief u need an antiallergic like cetrizine.for infection u need an antibiotic course.but the most important thing is steam inhalation.hope u get well soon

why do you think breakfast is good for the body?

My mom use to tell me that eating in the morning is good,because it keeps you healthy and and gives you strength for the day,but sometimes i feel relunctant to eat in the morning.So why do you think breakfast is important?

shivdev200 breakfast is as much important as lunch and dinner.because as said earlier we are breaking d overnight fast.we must be very careful about the quality of breakfast also i.e. is it supplying the balanced and adequate nutrients which are absorbed by our stomach...
