shouguo I often use computer to play netgames without antivirus.but it works ok.and you ?you do not take notice of it .every antivirus do have their advantge.chose one will help you !

shouguo i think you often read the book lying on the bed.when you feel sleepy,you can stand up,walk around,then .....that is ok.you can contiune reading.
