skostov To the above comment I would add to start doing some exercise, like running, biking, or swimming. Do it for at least half an hour each day, and each day increase the intensity. The sudden change from your sedentary life to everyday exercise will jump start...

skostov Thanks for the great comment! I will definitely start the low carb diet. I just needed to hear that from someone who actually did it, because I have read a lot for both diets advocating how good they are.

skostov Way to go! These are great results. I myself am at 200 at 6'0" and I am trying to lose about 15 pounds. I just have to push myself and take this diet more seriously without letting go.

skostov What about Martin Petrov from Man City? He is unstoppable on the left wing! Berbatov is also great, but recently he is in a bad shape. This may be a little biased since I am Bulgarian :) My other choice would be C. Ronaldo.
