Ok...here is a thoughtful question. You have a job, everything else is fine, but the boss is bad. Well, u tried adjusting and putting up with him, but it's just gettin worse day by day and you're being exploited. He doesnt respect...

sksim55 yes enrique, i would do the same.but since searching for a new job will take time, its better for her to try and send applications out and wait for new opening elsewhere before quitting.
