smartyamar Love hurts badly, when you love somebody alot and he/she not giving you trust,diching you,ignorring you and trynig to manupulating you.and then you come to know that he/she is no more interesting with you now.

smartyamar i am also having this type of problem but in a small limit,the best way is to consult with a doctor. definatly he will suggest you some techniques and routine exercises which will help you by raising good memory power.
