..I'm working in a private company where I thought I could grow professionally.. However, I have this workmate who always seem to check every step I make.. she always wanted to find fault for me and even make issues against me.....

softdragonz You can report this to your manager. If two employees have issues with one another, they would try to put you in some other team. If they don't do this, then you can start looking for other companies
