sophiasmom911 I think I suffer too. I tried valerian and melatonin they work for awhile, but I think most of the problem is anxiety. I'm glad you get to see a dr I'm sure they can give you something to help. Not sleeping is horrible. Does your mind tend to race at night?

sophiasmom911 hello and thanks for the discussion. I prefer sleeping on my tummy and have since I was little. When I was pregnant it was such a adjustment. I sleep with one pillow but for some reason I like to have a lot on my bed. I normally cuddle with one.

sophiasmom911 I dont currently use a mousepad because, I have a laptop, but when I use someone elses or used to have a desktop I've found that the plastic ones are easier for the mouse to move. I think they just get to stuck on the cloth ones Have a good day today!
