I had an attractive body once. But it became so flabby now. I tried following diet and exercises but nothing worked. What can I do now? One of my friends suggested me to go for a tummy tuck. Will it work? Is it really safe?

KarenE I think tummy tucks should be a last resort. I think the best option is to start with someone like a nutritional psychologist who can help you understand portion control and help you overcome eating foods that are unhealthy. Its all about moderation, not...
