Do you have any idea why we like and dislike some people the very first time we see them

1 response

PsychoDude I'm like a dog, I can like pretty much all people :P. But in general it pretty much comes down to appearance in most cases, even before having shared any words many people can already form an image about someone. Or perhaps even everybody. Some people will...

Can you tell something about a person from the way she or he dresses To what extent do you think such a judgment will be as close to a perfect judgment of a person?

1 response •

Nebuloso Of course, the first thing that springs to mind is the old maxim, "You can't judge a book by its cover." In many respects, that's true. That having been said, I do think that the way a person dresses can tell you quite a bit about them. If nothing else, the...

sloanjosiecat79 Statisically the major cause of divorce is money or ,rather, lack thereof. I think a lot of divorces are caused by the fact that a lot of people don't think beofre they get married of all that being married entails, all the work that is involved.

sranuradha @sranuradha (161) • India 12 Apr 07

I don't wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.

willfe This is actually fairly insightful -- the more you "specify" what your mood will be, the less likely you are to have a mood inflicted on you by some random event or a jerk trying to screw with you. If you wake up and just let whatever mood you start with...
