ssgsblond69 I get up around 4:30or 5am so I can have coffe with my husband before he goes to work. That also allows me to be "awake" before I get the kids up for school.

ssgsblond69 I know this might sound strange, but I clean my face with Listerine. It has less alcohol than most facial cleaners and it kills 99.9% of the bacteria. After you use the listerine, use a good moisturizer like Ponds. It works better for me than Proactiv
