We do like keeping pets at home. what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Is it true that we should drink 8 glasses of water daily?

Some articles said that we should drink 8 glasses of water daily to keep our body healthy. Others said that we should drink water whenever our body alarmed us to drink as like thirsty feeling. So we need not to drink 8 water...

ssomraj i am not sure of glasses but 2 ltrs water per day of recommended by doctors
