I know many people don't eat breakfast for buzy work or on a diet.I'm a medical student,a professor told that breakfast is the most important meal in the day,skipping it is harmful to your health and it's no help for losing...

when taking bus,I usually listen to some music by earphone,thus the road becomes shorter and shorter,and the time of taking bus just makes me relaxed after work of one day long. what about you,do you have this habit?
