stephmanimbao You're right. It's really hard to resolve the limitation. I already sent them an email but still I can't do much with my paypal account. This is so inconvenient. I should have used alertpay.

stephmanimbao Yes you can verify your paypal or alertpay account using the Smartmoney card. And it is safe because everytime you do transactions online, it will ask you for your assigned pin so nobody else could use it.
