I'm gonna be having my first baby next year...I'm now in my 5th month and me and my boyfriend are both happy about it. I'm excited and everything, but I just can't take the fear of giving birth away from my mind....

sudhagunasekaran Dotn get rid or afraid. Happy to hear this msg. From itself drick lot of water or liquid items such as juices. Eat lot of fruits which make your delivery easily. Take milk regulary and fruits for every 2 hours. and water or liquids juices for each hour
