Morning, afternoon or evening? What kind of exercise do you do? Is it for fitness, stress relief or because you should? Do you have an exercise partner? I exercise in the evening, after it cools off. I would love to switch to...

sueyboo I usually exercise after work, by myself... It's great for stress, and I'm also planning to run a 5k in Sept so I'm getting ready for that. I do a lot of cardio, abs and arm workouts!
