sujathakkannan Now I feel I should have used some other mode other than bus. But my dad does not want to travel alone in any vehicle. So I used public transport.

i am taking in coffee right from my 3yrs i suppose. even if i could not drink it for 1 day i feel bad. am i addicted to it. if so this coffee addiction is dangerous?

sujathakkannan i hv many tea types in my office, but i touched none of them. i m addicted only to coffee. let me try tea hereafter. i dono tea has lot of support from people than coffee.

sujathakkannan oh. tea is good for head ache? i really dono this. as many others advised i thought to practise drinking tea for weight losing purpose. i hv migrane head ache. i want to see if tea would help me in this concern. thanks for suggesstion.

sujathakkannan hi, you know i m a human camel. i drink not glasses but jug full of water atleast 2 times. as i said already my body wants it atleast twice in a day. no issuue if it harms my body. i feel good i m not addicted to brownsugar but only to coffee

sujathakkannan what shall i do other than feel for it. better i avoid travel in bus. for my age this loss is too much. my dad lost trust in my alertness.

sujathakkannan i stopped ordering outside pizza. my mom prepares it, it will be very rich, large pizza. after eating it i would feel too heavy intake.according to me my mom's pizza methodology is a wothy one

sujathakkannan i hv sinus trouble so ice cream i would avoid, sweet i like halwa, gulab jamun, cashew nut cake that is it. but i would avoid these stuffs as i need to reduce my weight. so yearly 3 to 4 times i will eat these. otherwise normal food only.

sujathakkannan i watched a scene in a movie when i was 12 yr old. Suddenly such a scene came. i dint expect at all.Unfortunately my parents both of them were there. despite my age, i felt bad about it. me and my mom laughed embrassingly.
