Are you one of those people who worries all the time, like I do? I seriously seem to worry about every little thing. Anyone else like that? Maybe we could start a support group lol.

sunlightday maybe yes.it's normal.I also worry or feel nervous sometimes.At that time,i will choose to sing or do a sport,and tell myself"take easy".ti can remove your attention.another efficient method is that tell your freind your worry.When feel somebody keep around...
