FAKE medicines(60% medicine which we get are duplicate)

In a recent survey it was revealed that 1 out of 3 medicine are duplicate,the covering and paking looks like original.but medicine composition is fake.Isn't a serious concern ?

Sometimes, when we are so consumed by work, or just anything that makes our mind very busy, we don't usually know that something is already up with our bodies. I can go on for around three straight days without sleep if I have to....
