I dont understand why I keep seeing children as young as 3rd grade with a cell phone on their ears. Why does a child that age need a cell phone in the first place. I think its just a waste on your cell phone bill to pay that extra...

swapnilcb Although we encourage that our kids should know every thing of the cell phone, but it is not socially recommended that a cell phone should be given to your kid before he/she turns 16.
