feed the hamster, morning and evening, banana and apple ..or sesame seeds, then clean the cage every 3 days.

to the question after giving birth, separate the male hamster from the girl hamster, male are eating the baby hamster. and also ther mom if u touch the baby ..so use gloves..or doctor's gloves..always remember, even a slight touch...
