Anti-depressants, do you trust them?

Do you trust anti-depressants? would you recommend taking them to anyone? are they they best solution?

tamarillo i saw a psychologist twice, she sent me to a doctor who sent me home with pills. then she didnt want to book another apointment, because she thought the pills would suffice :( i felt so abandoned, not even a psychologist can do something for me...
