Is AlertPay safe to use?

I am new to AlertPay and till now I have used only PayPal.For verifications on Alertpay they are asking my residence proof. So I wanted to ask that is it safe to use Alertpay and should I submit my residence proof.

terbeag there were some rumours a while ago that AlertPay was a scam website run by two people (husband and wife) who live all alone in some mountains that i can't remember. But that's just stupid! I have been using AlertPay for about 10 months and I am very pleased...
