As far as I know, hiccup is influenced by lack of oxygen in the brain. Though, there are a lot of traditional people claim that you just need to drink a lot of fluid to remove the hiccup. Any idea on how to stop it?

theakatsuki I usually have hiccups when I try to eat food fast or while eating spinach,and usually I drink as much water I can to remove hiccups,it may take sometime but certainly drinking lots of water helps to get rid of hiccups
