themusiconomy There are million sites online for learning the guitar. But you're looking for a systematic way that would be the most effective for you. The only way to this is with a private teacher. He's the only person who will be able to take your goals and transfer them...

themusiconomy I use my finger and a pick at the same while playing the guitar. I use my middle and ring fingers to pick the strings and I alway keep my pick in between the thumb and first finger.
