I dont understand why some people have to be rude when someone asks for help. You could easily reply and give nice worded advice without an attitude or if you aren't capable of doing that you could always not respond at all....

tickle_monster06 I have heard of a low carb diet before but not of a warrior diet. I will have to do some research to find out some more information on these. I appreciate your advice and willingness to help. I have also never heard of a bodyweight exercising either.
