Sprouts are said to be good for health.When i mix sprouts with cucumber,tomato and onions it makes a healthy and tasty salad.What is your view on this.....

tinku21 Yes,Sprouts are the rich source of Proteins.Combination of sprouts n apple tastes good.I love to eat Sprouts alon with apple.
