my job requires me to answer many many phone calls. when i say that there is no shortage of weirdos, i am not kidding. i get ore calls from people who want to describe their symptoms to me. i mean, sir, we hardly know each other....

tobielin i work at a hospital. we generally service older people and so most of our calls come from them. all they really want is help and i try to because they seem so helpless. but there are some things that i cannot do. then they become upset and want to fuss and...

tobielin yeah, i know what you mean. i have relatives that call all the numbers they have for me without giving me time to answer any of them. they'll leave a message saying that it is urgent. when i call them back they say ask me about other relatives or did i see...
