Why does my cursor freeze/stick?

I have no idea what causes my cursor to freeze since it does not effect the rest of my computer. I'm able to use my arrow keys and navigate when this happens. The only way I'm able to solve this is by restarting my computer....

tomchicago01 I am having the same issue, and my cursor is controlled by a touchpad on my laptop. I'm contemplating getting a plug-in mouse
