tr1shya ROMS are used to play games from your computer. MAME is a emulator to play arcade games. MAME is legal. ROMS are illegal unless you own the game also, and you have ROM for backup. ROMS are also legal if used just to try out a game. But of course no one does...

tr1shya s the Mafia prevalent? Have them all over in WI even though they are illegal. The bars get a very nice cut and some bars pay all ther exspenses from there poker machines. Machines are trying to counteract the Indians right to gambling here in WI
