How much of chocolate is healthy to eat

I generally do not buy chocolates. But still I have a boxful of chocolates in the fridge. Some shared by friends. The rest given on birthdays by colleagues and fellow travellers. Have had half a bar of chocolate early morning...

trixiemae I love chocolates. I love to eat especially when i'm tired and lovely. It gives me strength and energy. For me chocolates is good for the health because our body needs sugar but don't eat too much also.
