My son is 11 and still wets the bed? Should I be concerned?

I stopped wetting the bed at the age of 9. I have an 8 year old daughter who only wet the bed twice since she has been potty trained. Is it normal for an 11 year old to wet the bed? Should I speak to his doctor?
