ukmeet Yeah Gerrard's good. Doesn't play well for England though. Then again Ronaldinho was rubbish in the World Cup!

ukmeet You mean 'technique'? No it's not. That's like saying kicking someone in the knee or handling the ball is technique in football.

ukmeet How can your squat be so much higher? With a 500 squat you should be doing at least a 300 bench?! Maybe you're only doing half squats ;) I'm not very strong, I weigh 160lbs, 327lbs x 5 deadlift

ukmeet Dynamic stretching is preferable before exercise - eg. high kicks etc - AFTER warming up properly. Then after you exercise, static stretching is good. Static stretching before you exercise actually does little to help.

ukmeet Awesome film, I love the beginning, that actually scared me a little. The rest is just hilarious. I wouldn't wanna see a sequel though, surely he couldn't recreate the superb lo-tech blood and guts again? (or wouldn't want to?)
