Do you easily remember your dreams?

I've been trying to recapture a dream that I had last night, but I can only pick up pieces of it here and there. I've heard that there are methods which can be used to help you to better remember your dreams, but I've never tried...

vampzi The most common method to remember dreams is keeping a dream journal. But sometimes it is hard to grab your pen and paper asap upon waking and jotting it down. Besides sometimes dreams are too good to even lift your head off the pillow let alone write them...
