Which Is Best Water Or Fruit Juice

We drink water every day some do not even drink water,but they drink only fruit juice and vice versal.Between water and fruit juice which one is best for your health water or fruit juice.

veshgreend before you change your MB, that you should backup your software, and turn it to portable, by copying your software from your C drive...than after you reinstalling your OS, all you do just copy again your software to your C drive...thats its maybe...
