thatgirl13 I do exercise everyday for about 2 hours. I have actually gained some pounds last winter so I'm trying to get them off, that is pretty much all the motivation I need. It has been a habit now and it's hard if I skip a day coz my body kinda feels uncomfy.

We all know someone who's intelligent, but who occasionally defends obviously bad ideas. Why does this happen? How can smart people take up positions that defy any reasonable logic?
