I lit up cigerette forst time in the age of 20...from then i m smoking regularly....i tried to leave it so many times but i could not....can anybody help me out to quit this habbit

there is so much going on in this world.. peoples going brutal...is this coz of religionilism,,,..well i think religion is not bad...but extreme faith(blind faith) is what causes crises like these.. and some mean peoples like...

vivekkhatta you have not actually got into my idea..i also stand by this that religion is good...it gives calmness n strength....but what bad is the blind faith.....such peoles can easily be routed towards riots....you can see in everyday news...about relious riots...even...
