Do you think that free hosting offers enough services to run a good website? I have shopped around a lot for both and am wondering if free hosting will be reliable. My current paid host is usually offline almost 30 minutes per...

MrMalice If you plan on running a serious website that can be credible in the long run, then you need a paid host. I view free hosted websites as sight for more recreation use than business. You need something you can trust and free web host will bombard you with ads...

Sillychick You are right about the negative effects of artificial sweeteners. In fact, my doctor told me to avoid them while I was pregnant. Not that that is easy to do. It's nearly impossible to find certain foods without them, it seems. Jello and yogurt, to name a...

Brian It's very rare that I will take natural sugar if at all, I always use sweeteners I have two in every mug of coffee, they probably work out cheaper than sugar as you can get about 500 in one little container! They are kinder on your teeth and don't pile on the...

Sillychick I'm not sure why weight watchers would tell you that, except to keep you buying their food. I think the best bet for weight loss and weight control is to just modify the amounts. Try 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in your coffee instead of a full teaspoon. You can...

Sillychick I'm not sure where you got that information, but it is not correct. There are 4 grams of sugar in a teaspoon. One gram of sugar is 4 calories. That means a teaspoon has 16 calories. Still more than sweeteners, but not quite so much as you stated. I use...

terilee79720 Sillychick is right about the calories in sugar. One heaping teaspoon of sugar is around 25 calories. Doctors will tell you that it's better to use sugar. If you can find raw sugar, that's even better and it only has 16 calories per teaspoon. If you research...

Angelwhispers Oh absolutely. Your vocabulary grows with out a doubt, but I do think that you must read out loud and gain better pronunciation of the written words. Even here in the south (united states) we have people who's accents or what we call a southern drawl, is...
