wilsonwong I played mafia. Its addictive in the beginning. But after a while I gets bored, it the same old task I've been doing. Now my friends says Castle age is good. They said its different from the rest. You don't do all the same task repeatly.

wilsonwong I drink a quarter glass of water before going to bed. I sleep in room with air-conditioner. I drink before sleep to avoid dehydration because I know I won't be taking in water for the next 6 hours or so. But I know if you drink too much water before going...

wilsonwong Our bio clock can alter after some pattern change, it will need some time to adjust back. I still remember sometime back I can't sleep at night due to heavy work stress. What I did was I tried not to think about work after office hours. I watch funny movies...

wilsonwong I love shrimps when I was younger - now I love crab. Crab cook with butter and condense milk. Can't tell whether is the crab tastes better or the milk and butter, but I know when both combined - I just love it.
