wowiegaring thanks. you just made me smile. and may i add. thomas edison did not made 1000 unsuccessful ways. but he discovered 1000 ways on how to make a bulb and found out one to be working. thansk for the encouragement. :)

wowiegaring sometimes a psychological way, like convinsing yourself, do not work for some people. but the physical thing, like the one you mentioned, can do wonder. so i will try the wristband thing and i hope ill be successful. thanks for the tip!
