wowo5771 I never smoke,because I know it is very bad for health.And I do not like people around me to smoke.If you work very late at night,you can take a walk in your studyroom.

Every one wants to be healthy . Healthy food is very important . I eat rice and noddle every day , what do you eat ? Do you know what shall we eat if we want to be healthy ?

wowo5771 I eated steamed bread before.Now I eat rice everyday.Sometimes I also eat noddle. I think the healthy diet is that you should not pick your food.Because every victual has its nutrition.To keep health we also need to take exercise.
